10. Liability Cap

Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary contained elsewhere herein or otherwise at law, DEALTRAVEL.IN's liability (whether by way of indemnification to you or otherwise) shall be restricted to a maximum of INR 1000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only).

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes subject to Thane Jurisdiction Only.
